Chocolate mousse, 6 servings

High in calories and in protein. Good for individuals experiencing a lack of appetite – even a small serving contains a lot of nutrients!

Ingredients

90 g Chocolate, dark
40 g Adozan protein+
200 ml Cream, 38% fat
4 Egg yolk, pasteurized
3 EL Sugar
1 TL Orange juice, freshly squeezed

Topping
200 ml Cream, 38% fat

Instructions

  1. Add Adozan powder to the cream and whip stiffly
  2. Melt the chocolate over a water bath
  3. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar frothy and fold in the melted chocolate carefully
  4. After the chocolate mousse has cooled down to around 25°C fold in the whipped cream carefully
  5. Fill the chocolate mousse into glasses or a large bowl and put it in the fridge for at least 1 hour
  6. Garnish with whipped cream; if desired you may also sprinkle some grated chocolate on top
