Tomato soup, yields 4 servings

High in calories and high in protein.

Good for individuals experiencing a lack of appetite – even a small serving contains a lot of nutrients!


50 g Butter
1 Medium onion
300 ml Water
1 Can of chopped Tomatoes
1 tbsp Tomato purée
1 tsp Vegetable stock
60 g Adozan Protein+Hot
100 ml Heavy Cream, 38% fat
1 tbsp Oregano, dried
Salt and pepper to taste


200 ml sour cream, full fat


  1. Chop the onions and sauté them in a pan until tender, stirring occasionally
  2. Mix Adozan well with water
  3. Combine all ingredients with the onions, cook on low heat for 15 minutes
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste
  5. Serve with a scoop of sour cream
