Good for individuals experiencing a lack of appetite – even a small serving contains a lot of nutrients.

Public health agencies recommend boiling frozen berries before eating them, so as to kill of any bacteria that may be present. Alternatively, you can also purchase heat treated frozen berries.

Adozan VitalPlus is used in this recipe. If you are looking for a different composition of nutrients, you may substitute Adozan VitalPlus 1:1 for a different version of the Adozan family.


150 g frozen berries
40 g Adozan Vital+
35 g sugar
40 g pasteurized egg yolk
200 ml full milk
500 ml heavy cream, 38%

Always mix ingredients well and serve cold

Chocolate shake

350 ml chocolate milk, 150 ml heavy cream, 3 sachets/30 g Adozan Protein+ or Adozan Vital+. Can be served with whipped cream or vanilla ice-cream.

Raspberry shake

200 ml butter milk, 100 ml heavy cream, 100 ml crème double, 100 g raspberries, 2 tbsp sugar, 3 sachets/30 g Adozan Protein+ or Adozan Vital+.


  1. Whisk together the sugar, egg yolks and Adozan Vital+
  2. Add everything to a mixer and puls until creamy (alternatively you can use a handheld mixer and a bowl)
  3. Let cool down in the refrigerator, pour into cups and serve cold
  4. Freezer friendly recipe

    200 ml crème double, 200 ml butter milk, 500 ml heavy cream, 100 ml orange juice, 1,5 tbsp sugar, 3 sachets/30 g Adozan Protein+ or Adozan Vital+.
