Our liquid protein concentrate P-Boost can be added directly to your coffee, tea, juice, soup, sauce, jello and many other foods and drinks

50 ml P-Boost contains 27 g of protein – the same amount of protein as a large steak!

A small bottle of P-Boost is as nutritious as a large steak.

A 50ml bottle of P-Boost can be consumed over the course of a day, taking small portions of a few milliliters stirred into your drinks or liquid meals (store in the fridge after opening). Once the bottle is empty, you have enriched your body with 27g of protein!

P-Boost can also be purchased in a 500ml bottle, which can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days after opening. To increase P-Boosts shelf life, the concentrate can be frozen in smaller portions and then thawed as needed. P-Boost turns white when frozen and returns to yellow when thawed.

Alternatively, 3 sachets of Adozan Proten100 (containing 30g of protein) can be consumed.

You can even make your own P-Boost

Recipe lends 500ml of liquid protein

200 g Adozan Protein100
400 ml cold water
Whisk, bowl, and measuring cup

  1. Weigh out 200g of Adozan Protein100 in a bowl
  2. Pour 400 ml of water into a measuring cup
  3. Pour the water into the bowl, whisking the powder in steadily. If there are little lumps, leave the mixture for a few minutes, then mix again. The mixture may foam up a bit, this will go down again after a little while.

Protein content of the resulting mixture: 40 g of protein in 100 ml, 6 g protein per tablespoon

This protein mixture can be added to juice, cream, coffee, tea, soups, sauces, and so on up to 75°C. After the mixture is stirred in, the whole food or beverage can heated up further without a problem.
In order to not affect the taste of the final product, we suggest using no more than 1-2 tablespoons per 150ml of liquid (beverage or food).
