Ice-cream, yields 16 servings

Good for individuals experiencing a lack of appetite – even a small serving contains a lot of nutrients!

Ingredients

6          Egg yolks

85g      Sugar

100g      Adozan Protein+ or Protein+Hot

500ml  Cream, 38% fat

300g    Fruit purée (e.g. raspberry, strawberry or mango)

85g      Sugar

Tipp:

When making desserts and cakes, Adozan can be whisked in with the egg yolk(s) and the sugar. The rest of the recipe can be followed as usual.

Instructions

  1. Whisk the first half of the sugar with the egg yolks and the Adozan protein until foamy.
  2. Mix the other half of the sugar in the with the purée until fully dissolved.
  3. Combine the purée and the egg mixture until fully combined
  4. Whip the cream and then fold it into the rest of the ice-cream mixture
  5. Portion the ice-cream into bowls, then place into the freezer, letting it freeze fully
  6. Take out of the freezer 10 minutes before consumption
