Chocolate cookies, yields 70 cookies

High in calories and high in protein

Good for individuals experiencing a lack of appetite – even a small serving contains a lot of nutrients!

Ingredients

120g    Butter
240g    Flour
120g    Sugar
120g    Whole cane sugar
60g      Grated hazelnuts
½ tsp   Salt
½ tsp   Baking powder
½ tsp   Vanilla sugar
1          Egg
100g    Adozan Protein+ or Protein+Hot*
120g    Dark Chocolate

*you can also choose another Adozan powder

Instructions

  1. Chop the hazelnuts and the chocolate
  2. Mix all ingredients together with the bread hook of your mixer
  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes
  4. If the dough is too dry, add more whisked egg
  5. Shape the dough into walnut-sized balls and spread them out on a lined baking tray
  6. Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes
