Perfect for increasing protein intake without increasing calories – for example for people suffering from obesity, for the surgical ward or for wound managment.


2 Ripe bananas
3 Eggs
100 ml Milk
175 g Oats
1 Apple diced
30 g Cashew nuts or almonds finely chopped
50 g Adozan Protein+
½ tsp Vanilla sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 pinch Cardamom
1 pinch Salt


  1. Mash the bananas with a fork in a bowl
  2. Add eggs and milk and whisk together well
  3. Fold in the rest of the ingredients
  4. Scoop the muffin batter into muffin trays
  5. Bake in a pre-heated oven for around 25 minutes at 180°C
