For this recipe Adozan Protein+ or Adozan Protein+Hot was applied. If you want to add more calories use Adozan Vital+ or Adozan Kilo+ instead.


90 g Oat flakes
150 ml Water, boiling
5 tbsp Vegetable oil
120 g Flour
40 g Whole cane sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon powder        
1 tsp Cacao
0,5 tsp Salt
0,5  tspL Baking powder
45 g Adozan Protein+


  1. Pour boiling water over the oat flakes and let them soak for 10 minutes
  2. Stir in the oil
  3. Add a mixture of flour, sugar, cinnamon, cacao, baking powder and salt to the oats and mix all ingredients together
  4. Add the flour and knead the ingredients into a dough
  5. Roll out the dough thinly and divide in 30 equal parts; cooky cutters can be used instead
  6. Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes
